How do I change my frame's Wi-Fi network?

Select which Loop you have:

Loop Frame

Loop Classic

Instructions for Loop Frame

1. From photo slideshow mode, tap to reveal the menu and then select Settings

2. Select the Wi-Fi network option under the Configuration menu

3. Follow the on-screen prompts to to complete the process.

Instructions for Loop Classic

1. On your Loop device - press and hold the scroll knob inward for 3 seconds until the settings menu appears.

If the menu doesn't appear it's because your Loop is running older software. Press the scroll knob and the volume up button on the right side of your Loop at the same time and hold for 3 seconds.

2. Turn the scroll knob and select the option that labeled ‘Wi-fi network’.

3. Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your wi-fi credentials.
